Good day at school

Elijahs treat for a great day at school today! Every teacher said he had an especially fantastic day today! YAY!!! (its a sucker that makes you have Mater teeth)

Chatty Cathy

It looks like we've got another non stop talker in the making.

Duck Lips

Somehow Oliver is clearly aware of the new duck lips fad that is plaguing the internet. Such a hip with it kid!

Imagination

I woke up this morning with my normal alarm clock Elijah. When I headed downstairs to get him his breakfast he hollered at me "When you go down the stairs you gotta go frew da California sign and watch out for the polar bears!" I was totally thrown for a loop until I got to the first landing in our stairs and saw this, I absolutely love his imagination!

Crazy Hairs

Was giving Elijah his bath tonight and started playing with his shampoo hair and he said "you making my hair crazy yike aunt mary!"

Smiles

Finally caught Olivers smiles on camera. I love when my babies start smiling, it makes all the late nights so worth it!

Aunt Marys Last Day

Mary's last day was spent at the park in the morning followed by eating super wonderful Pho for lunch with JJ. We had a great time with her and Elijah cried in the car on the way home because he didn't want his Aunt Mary to leave :(
We started off our morning the way we do most days, all four of us squished into the queen size bed. Its tight quarters, but I love every minute of it!

Oliver doesnt seem to mind all the bodies in the bed.

Aunt Mary and Oliver at the park

Elijah wanted a super hero cape to wear while he was at the park. He found a friend with a super hero shirt on, like his, and they played super hero for 15 mins. After he came up to me and Mary and said "um momma , mary...are any of you in trouble? I only help people in danger!" It was so cute!

We took Mary to our favorite Pho restaurant, PhoLicious so Mary could try our favorite meal. She really loved it. As you can see in the pictures, Elijah loves it too and we will soon have to buy him his own bowl bc J and I are losing out too much of our food to this bottomless pit :)

Park and soccer with Aunt Mary

We started out Tuesday at the Fire Station Park in Pasadena, then walked down to a favorite Thai restaurant for lunch, and finally went to Elijahs soccer practice. Was a pretty dang good Tuesday!

Drive In movie

After school today Elijah, Oliver, Mary, and I went and picked up Daddy from work and headed to the drive in movies to watch Mr Peabody and The Lego Movie. I made popcorn before we left the house and J picked up a bunch of candy during his lunch break. We brought blankets and our camping chairs and had an absolute blast! There was no one there because we went on a monday night and that was awesome. The Lego Movie was far and away the better of the two and Jonathan and I laughed so hard throughout most of the movie, very very cute!

Elijah asked if he could hold Oliver while we were waiting for the drive in to open. He is one proud and happy big brother! I love it!

Just finished Mr Peabody and waiting for The Lego Movie to start.

Cuddling with Oliver

I put Oliver down for tummy time and Sam decided to sneak in some cuddling.

After tummy time and some food, Oliver took a nap with Aunt Mary. They slept this way for a solid 3 hours!

Fart Tootie

I love his little speech mishaps, they always make me giggle.

Arrow

Elijahs new favorite song is Bastilles Pompeii and Aunt Mary got him singing it on video. He is so stinking cute!

San Diego Zoo with Aunt Mary

We spent all day Sunday at the San Diego Zoo with Aunt Mary. Very fun day with one of Elijahs favorite people!

With the Koala Ambassador for the zoos new Koala exhibit

 At the giraffes

Flamingos

The new koala exhibit

Olivers new nickname :)

At the elephants

King of the jungle! Elijah loves that there is a sign on the fence that says the lion can pee up to 15ft behind him so anyone at the fence is in the "spray zone"

At the polar bear exhibit they have a play area for kids made up of "ice" tunnels and Elijah loves it!

A little bonding time while waiting to see the pandas.

Oliver really enjoyed his first trip to the zoo :)

Elijah really really wanted a pic with this bear, but he didnt want to get to close "because he almost bit my head off mom!"

Diaper change with bathroom shenanigans :)

Outside the hippos, our last stop before heading home

Brother and sister

Me being annoyed that J was taking so long taking pics of things outside the zoo ;)
